Course completion & CE information:
Participants who attended the live course in full and completed the Course Evaluation will receive the amount of NBCC & ASWB CE Hours listed in the course details block on the Events Page. A certificate will be emailed automatically upon completion of the Course Evaluation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
Course Interaction & System Requirements:
This live webinar takes place on Zoom and is fully interactive. Attendees may ask and answer questions throughout the presentation and participate in instructor-led discussions.

- InternetBrowser: Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher, Google Chrome, Firefox 10.0 or higher
- Broadband Internet connection: Cable, High-speed DSL & any other medium that is internet accessible.
