​Terms Of Service and Liability Waiver - Clinically Every After

By registering and selecting “Yes, I agree,” you (“Participant”) agree to the terms below. This agreement takes effect immediately upon registration and remains in full effect unless revoked in writing.

Conference Inclusions
Your ticket to Clinically Ever After includes:

  • Up to 10 Continuing Education credits (CEs) from expert-led sessions
  • Two catered meals (one per day; subject to change)
  • An exclusive EPCOT fireworks and cocktails experience in a private viewing area

Your registration does not include Disney park tickets. However, conference attendees will be granted access to EPCOT for the fireworks event even if they do not have park tickets.

Discounted Disney park tickets are available to attendees through a private Disney site for our event. Details will be provided upon registration.

Continuing Education Disclaimer
CE hours are provided in accordance with applicable board standards. It is each participant’s responsibility to verify CE approval with their licensing board. Full CE session details will be posted on our website prior to the event.

Payment, Refund & Transfer Policies

  • $600 of your total payment is non-refundable.
  • If a written notice is sent to shaelene@rebelmente.com by November 18, 2025, 50% of the remaining balance (excluding the $600) will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after November 18, 2025.
  • Conference ticket transfers are permitted up to 30 days before the event (January 17, 2026), if requested in writing.
  • Fireworks-only ticket transfers (for family/friends) are permitted up to 7 days before the event, if requested in writing.
  • All fireworks guest tickets are non-refundable.

Event Changes & Force Majeure
Rebelmente, LLC reserves the right to adjust schedule, speakers, or meal offerings as needed. If the event must be postponed due to force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, venue closure), we will make every effort to reschedule within one year. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By registering, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Participation is voluntary and carries potential risks (e.g., travel disruptions, illness, injury).
  • Rebelmente, LLC and its affiliates (“Released Parties”) are not liable for injury, illness, damages, losses, or delays.
  • You release and waive any claims against the Released Parties related to participation in the event, travel, or related activities.
  • You are responsible for your own health, safety, and belongings throughout the duration of the event.

Travel & Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly encouraged. Rebelmente, LLC does not provide insurance and is not liable for trip cancellations, travel issues, or medical emergencies.

Media & Conduct
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and educational use by Rebelmente, LLC. If you prefer not to be recorded, please notify shaelene@rebelmente.com before the event.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves disruptively or in violation of event rules without refund.

Legal & Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.

By checking “Yes, I agree” at registration, you confirm:

  • You’ve read and understand these Terms of Service
  • You accept all refund, transfer, CE, and liability policies
  • You release Rebelmente, LLC from liability and agree to the terms outlined herein
