✨ Event FAQ ✨

See the event schedule above for all session times, socials, and CE details.

Be comfortable! Business casual works great, and Disney flair (ears, pins, bounding outfits) is encouraged.
✨ Disney does not allow costumes, but you can absolutely check out DisneyBounding for playful outfit inspiration.

  • Lunch is included for Thursday & Friday of the conference.
  • Breakfast is on your own. There’s no continental breakfast, but quick options are available at Coronado Springs (El Mercado de Coronado food court is right onsite).
  • Dining reservations are highly recommended if you’d like to eat at any sit-down restaurants during your stay. You can book these in the My Disney Experience app 60 days before your check in date if you are staying on Disney Property.
  • Quick-service dining is available at the resort and throughout the parks — no reservations needed!

You’ll fly into Orlando International (MCO). Travel time to Walt Disney World ranges from 30–60 minutes, depending on traffic.

To get from MCO to your resort, you can use one of three options:

  1. Take an Uber or Lyft from MCO
  2. Schedule a MEARS shuttle (do this in advance)
  3. Arrange private transportation
  • Guests staying at Disney resorts can make dining reservations in the My Disney Experience app 60 days before their check-in date.
  • You’ll also unlock the ability to book Lightning Lanes (Disney’s skip-the-line system) starting at 7:00 AM each day of your visit (also in the My Disney Experience app).

Not for the conference or our included events! Park tickets are only needed if you plan to explore the theme parks outside of sessions.

🌟 Insider Magic Tips from Your Host

  • Download the My Disney Experience app before your trip.
  • Mobile Order food at quick-service spots to skip the lines.
  • Bring comfy shoes — even walking around the resort can be a workout.
  • Pack a portable charger — between photos, apps, and maps, your phone will work hard!
  • Hydrate! Bring a refillable water bottle (free ice water is available at quick-service restaurants).
