Sessions are scheduled via google calendar on zoom with each client. A missed session/no-show (barring emergencies) is considered a completed session and will not be rescheduled. Sessions needing rescheduling must be requested within 24 hours of original appointment, and must be rescheduled within 30 days, pending availability. Session packages of 1 & 5 expire six months from the date of your first session. 10 session packages must be used within one year of purchase.
